The FIRELINE MODERNO has a beautiful open living ribbon burner flame. Choose from Natural Gas or LPG in two sizes (970mm) or (1080mm) and 22 different fascia materials. This high efficency gas fire has no glass screen and is fully CE approved for Natural Gas or LPG. With near 100% energy efficient gas burner, not only will this fire warm up a room nicely it will also save money on your heating bills with running costs from approx. 8p/hour. As this fire is "flueless" there is no requirement for a chimney within the property; simply hang the fire on any wall within the room. Deflector Gather - to allow a shelf above fire or recess into a fire surround.
Recess Wall Plate to mount fire in to the wall is available.
Before considering theDeflector Gather or Recess plate options for this fire it is strongly advised that technical help is sought prior to ordering from 01325-301020.
Installation Requirements:
2.7 kW - minimum room size of 27m3 (or greater) and requires a 100cm2 or greater "free air" vent.
3.5 kW - minimum room size of 40m3 (or greater) and requires a 125cm2 or greater "free air" vent.
If your room size is less than 100m3 we advise buying the 2.7Kw version of the fire.
Air vent must be over 1 meter away from the appliance.
Room must have a window which can be opened if required.
This appliance is classed as secondary heat source and the room must have a primary heating like radiators.
Which Power option should I go for?
If the area of the room is LARGER than 100m3 we advise buying the 3.5Kw version.
If the area of the room is SMALLER than 100m3 we advise buying the 2.7kW version.
