Ordering our products is very easy and can be done through various methods. We manufacture the products we sell therefore we can ship direct from our Factory to your home or business. Our products are not available via independent retailers or other fireplace web sites. As we only sell our own products we can give you impartial advice on which product is the most suitable to match your requirements. Delivery lead times vary depending on the product and finish required. For example we can supply some of our Flueless Gas Fires next day if ordered before noon.

Fireplace Showroom
- We have a fireplace showroom at the factory in the North East, DL5 6XN. In the showroom there are many examples of our gas, bio ethanol and woodburner fireplaces and the various finishes. As we only sell the products we manufacture in the showroom we will guide you towards the most suitable product for your home.

- You can download brochure from the website, or we can send a brochure in the post. The brochure packs are separated into different types of installation.
At CVO™ we pride ourselves on giving customers a very high level of service and support. Our trained sales consultants are available during office hours to discuss any aspect of selecting the most suitable fireplace for your property. All CVO designed fireplaces are hand made in the UK at our Factory in Newton Aycliffe on the outskirts of Darlington. (Motorway A1/J59). Delivery lead times can be from next day to 6 weeks depending on the model chosen and the finish required.
