I recently purchased a fab fire from this company. Their sales team went out of their way to assist me with the design to match my room. Delivery was, fast and super efficient. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Well done CVO

Perfect fire. After searching round for a new fire , we came across CVO FIRES , and decided to go down to the showroom and have a look round. We have a fairly large front room 33 ft x 12 ft so needed a substantial fire , but also a Flueless Model. We decided on the Angel 1110 + Black Steel Facia after speaking to the salesmen , who was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. Now the beauty of this fire is that you position where you like because it is flueless. We decided to build a false chimney breast in the perfect part of the room to get the maximum benefit. All instructions and specifications were supplied and were fairly easy to follow. Once the fire was fitted and connected by a Gas Safe installer the look and performance was absolutely STUNNING. It has completely transformed our living room and we could not be happier. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. Sean Akhthar helped us through all aspects of buying the fire and was always available if we had any queries. Many thanks again for all your help.

“MODERNO” Widescreen: Beautiful Natural Limestone Surround. Open fire, i.e. no glass – just naked flame! Gentle flickering linear flame. Looks great, especially in any contemporary/minimalist/modern setting. The ambient light and movement from the flame provide a great atmosphere to your room. Kicks out loads of heat, is cheap to run and very easy to install (no flue). Will get your room toasty in no time. Operated by one switch hidden behind the limestone.

Just a small note to express our complete satisfaction with your product, service and technical support. After visiting your showroom and being shown your collection by Michelle we opted for the Moderno flueless gas fire with black recess plate. Every question we had was answered in a clear and understandable way, nothing was too much trouble. The fire and surround are now fitted and look stunning. We had our CVO fire installed just before Christmas and I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with it. We did have a problem deciding how high to place the fire, but someone in your office told us to cut out a bit of card and hold it up. We did that and the result is that the fire is high on the wall and very much like a picture with a frame. This means that it is above the height of toddlers’ fingers, and also means that the fire bed is out of sight. When sitting down we can only see the dancing flame which is excellent effect. The fire is most practical, easy to light and gives off goof heat quickly, with some radiation but a great deal of welcome convection. Please pass my thanks to your staff for the production and consignment of the fire which has certainly exceeded our expectations. It was recommended to us by an interior designer we were using and we are glad that we took her advice. I guess if I was to pass on a suggestion it would be that you need to raise the profile of the brand and ensure that the concept of the CVO fires is more widely recognised. Yours Sincerely,
